You do have skin cancer risk factors. Some people are at high risk of developing skin cancer, and in addition to routine self-examinations, you should also routinely see a dermatologist to make sure that their health is not at risk. Factors include personal history of skin cancer; close relatives with melanoma; fair skin that appears to burn or spoil; history of bad sunburns or salon tanning; more than 50 moles on the face or body; moles that appear odd, large or asymmetric (see above); previous use of x-ray treatments for acne, and taking medicine to avoid inflammation or organ rejection. You’ve got a skin condition which just won’t go away. Many people themselves want to treat mild skin conditions. But if you have a rash that seems irregular or fails to react to traditional care, it is probably time to see a dermatologist. And if you treat a skin problem with an over-the-counter cream effectively but it keeps coming back, it’s a good idea to see a specialist as well.

Visiting a medicine spa is not recommended unless you are 100 percent sure that you are being treated by a dermatologist.
